SAP Business Technology Analyst

The role provides the opportunity to sharpen your analytical and business skills while working as part of a team committed to developing and supporting SAP systems for clients.

Role Description

The SAP Business Technology Analyst functions as an integrator between operational process requirements and technology solutions with the objective to meet clients' business needs by supporting their ERP systems. To this end, the Business Analyst will perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, and system implementation of Finance, HR and/or Procurement processes. The following are some of the day-to-day tasks involved in this role:

Participate in the design, prototyping, and configuration of SAP Finance, HR or Supply Chain solutions. This involves preparing process flow diagrams and functional specifications.
Create feasible solutions, and work on enhancements to match customer requirements.
Work with programmers to deliver custom reports, forms, interfaces, workflows and applications.
Support testing activities, including unit, integration, and user testing, preparing test cases, and writing test scripts.
Conduct training for end customers for solutions implemented.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, Accounting/Finance or the Sciences.
1-3 year of professional experience in an analytical role (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of computer systems, databases, and programming.
Good verbal and written communication skills. This is a client facing role.
GPA of 3.0 and above.
